Having an account with PEDROSHOES.CO.ID will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You can sign up for an account before shopping or create one before you proceed to checkout.

You also have the option to shop through guest checkout. However, your information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or make amendments to your order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you change your mind, you can still create an account after placing your order using your current details.

By creating an account, you will be able to:

  1. Checkout faster by saving your address in your Address Book
  2. View your order status and history under My Purchases & Returns
  3. Save your favourite items in your Wishlist
  4. Receive the latest news on Promotions & New Arrivals

Head on over to the Sign In page and fill in your particulars under Create An Account.

To delete your account, please follow the following steps:

  1. Log into your PEDRO account
  2. Head to 'MY PROFILE' and scroll down till you see the 'Delete Account' option
  3. Upon clicking 'Delete Account', you will be prompted to key in your password for confirmation.

Please note this action is irreversible and all associated data in your account, including all accumulated memebrship privileges and order history, will be deleted.

Enter your email address and password into the Sign In field.

Head to the Sign In page and enter your email address under Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

To change your password, sign into your account and head to Change Password. You can also do this through your Account Details page.

Sign in to your account, head to My Account and then to My Profile. You can then edit/update your particulars.

Sign in to your account, head to My Account and then to Address Book. You can then edit/update your billing and shipping addresses and save them for future orders.



VIP MEMBERSHIP

To join us as a VIP member, all you need to do is make a purchase in any Indonesia PEDRO retail stores

You are entitled to be a member with any regular-priced purchase in-stores.

Your VIP membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered customers. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in the termination of membership by PEDRO. PEDRO reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of its programme without prior notice. The decision of PEDRO shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions made with membership privileges.

MEMBERSHIP POINTS REDEMPTION
Points redemption is only valid in Indonesia PEDRO retail stores (offline stores)
Point redemption is valid for purchases at PEDRO Indonesia physical stores (offline) or through the official PEDRO Indonesia website, pedroshoes.co.id (online). For online point redemption, please redeem the coupon code via https://vip.ptkcg.co.id first, then use it during checkout.
10 points can be redeemed for Rp 50,000 voucher
20 points can be redeemed for Rp 150,000 voucher
Redeemed points can be used in conjuction with discounted items

Select 'VIP Collection Points Rewards' on check out page and enter your retail VIP membership registered phone number

Membership points will be credited to your account in 1-2 working days.

Membership points can be redeem in Indonesia PEDRO retail stores.

For online point redemption, please redeem the coupon code via https://vip.ptkcg.co.id first, then use it during checkout.

No, your privileges can only be used with the next purchase after your VIP membership status has been activated in Indonesia PEDRO retail stores

You will receive a confirmation Whatsapp message from us once the membership is processed in-stores.

The message will include a PIN number which will provide you access to Your VIP Membership where you can see all the rewards and benefits you are entitled to.

VIP membership privileges are only valid in the location where the privilege membership has been registered. Memberships registered through PEDRO retail stores overseas and on other sites are not valid at PEDRO retail stores in Indonesia and online at pedroshoes.co.id (Indonesia Site).

No, your VIP privilege membership will not expire. But the points accumulated is only valid for 1 year from the last transaction date
