EXCHANGE POLICY

PROSEDUR PENUKARAN BARANG


1. Penukaran barang dapat dilakukan dengan ukuran, model, dan warna yang berbeda tergantung ketersediaan stok.. Konsumen dapat menanyakan ketersediaan stok yang diinginkan melalui email customer_care@kurniacg.com atau WhatsApp +622172780187 (PEDRO)

2. Penukaran barang dilakukan dengan menginformasikan terlebih dulu ke PT. Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang (PT. KCG) melalui email atau WhatsApp, dalam jangka waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak barang diterima konsumen.

3. Barang yang akan ditukar atau dikirimkan kembali harus masih dalam kondisi baru dengan kemasan/ kotak original dan struk pembayaran dari PT. KCG, serta merupakan barang non-diskon.

4. Customer Care PT. KCG akan menginformasikan kepada konsumen melalui WhatsApp atau email jika barang pengembalian konsumen sudah diterima. Penukaran barang akan diproses setelah pengembalian barang konsumen diterima.

5. Penukaran barang dapat juga dilakukan di gerai PEDRO terdekat dengan menyerahkan struk pembelian barang dari PT. KCG.

6. Biaya pengembalian untuk penukaran barang ditanggung oleh Konsumen, sedangkan biaya pengiriman kembali ditanggung oleh PT. KCG

EXCHANGE POLICY


1. Exchange is only allowed for size and color depending on stock availability. Customer may check stock availability via email customer_care@kurniacg.com or WhatsApp +622172780180+622172780187 (PEDRO).

2. Exchange are accepted if customer notify us via email or WhatsApp within 30 days you’ve received your order. Returned item without notification will not be accepted.

3. The product you return must be in new/ un-used condition with all the original packaging and receipt from PT. KCG, and non-discounted product.

4. Once we have received your returned product, we shall notify you to your email or WhatsApp and proceed to exchange the product.

5. Exchanges can also be done in your nearest PEDRO store with original receipt from PT. KCG.

6. Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by customers. Exchange is encouraged to be conducted in store to avoid shipping charges.
